Zach Long Drives In Five To Fuquay-Varina Twins Victory Over Wake Forest Fungo

Zach Long was an RBI machine on Sunday, driving in five on three hits to lead Fuquay-Varina Twins past Wake Forest Fungo 9-2 on Sunday. Long drove in runs on a double in the second, a single in the third, and a single in the fourth.
Fuquay-Varina Twins grabbed an early lead. Fuquay-Varina Twins scored on a double by Long and a single by Garrett Chandler in the second inning.
Fuquay-Varina Twins knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning, when an error scored one run for Fuquay-Varina Twins.
Fuquay-Varina Twins pulled away for good with two runs in the second inning. In the second Long doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run and Chandler singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
