Tarboro River Bandits was victorious over Greenbrier Knights, 5-1
Tarboro River Bandits fired up the offense in the first inning. Ben Jones singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Tarboro River Bandits scored three runs in the seventh inning. Jones and Ethan Fewell each had RBIs in the frame.
Zach Mallia was the winning pitcher for Tarboro River Bandits. The righthander lasted five and a third innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out six. Jonathan Peacock , Lawson Russell, and Graeme Carroll all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
