Edenton Steamers fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 4-0 loss to Norfolk Redbirds on Tuesday. Norfolk Redbirds scored on a single by Alex Brown and an error in the second inning.

Norfolk Redbirds watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 7-4 loss to Edenton Steamers on Saturday. Edenton Steamers scored on a sacrifice fly by Jackson Hipp in the first inning and a double by Hunter Cole in the second inning.
Norfolk Redbirds knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning. Norfolk Redbirds scored one run on a stolen base.
Edenton Steamers pulled away for good with two runs in the second inning. In the second Cole doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
Nicky Wohleking earned the win for Edenton Steamers. The lefty went four innings, allowing one run on four hits, striking out six and walking zero.

Both teams were strong on the mound on Friday, but Edenton Steamers was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over Wake Forest Fungo alt on Friday. David Sande started the game for Wake Forest Fungo alt and recorded 12 outs.
Edenton Steamers got things moving in the first inning. An error scored one run for Edenton Steamers.
